The staff were very kind. They were also very helpful with directions. Downtown is easy to navigate, BUT all directions given by staff were direct and took me where i was going. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. The body wash was AMAZING!!!
The shower pressure was not ideal. The taps were confusing to figure out.

The staff offered many tips for visiting. They always were cute. The continental breakfast was amazing. Housekeeping serviced our room and folded clothes.
The shower pressure was totally ridiculous , and the taps were confusing to figure out.

The welcome was very nice, from the start. pastries, tea and coffee are included, offered in reception. the staff were superb and helpful. the location is very nice, there are a few cafes in the area. i was able to check in way earlier. It was a nice surprise.

The room was bright and tastefully decorated. it included an en suite, with the room cleaned every day. the bed was big and warm and comfortable. It was a good sleep.
